WHY ARE WE DIFFERENT?: We have been in business for 11 years as professional photographers. We understand lighting and composition and are well respected and known in the Austin and Lakeway, Bee Cave, Spicewood, Hudson Bend, Steiner Ranch area. We are part of the Bee Cave Chamber of Commerce and West Austin Chamber of Commerce.

Our studio is located at the Hill Country Galleria. We are full service studio that also offers professional headshots and personal branding in the studio and on location to help set you apart with high quality well lit professional photos to help your stand out.
WHAT STYLE OF INTERIOR PHOTOS DO YOU OFFER?: Our studio offers Flambient photos is a higher quality premium product that includes the hand blending of an ambient photo and a flash photo of the same image to create more accurate color, sharpness and realistic looking real estate interior listing images. Normally only used for Architecture or Interior Design photography, it is not a standard in the real estate interior photography offerings since it takes more time, experience, and cost to offer since it requires flash equipment and also more time and expenses to edit. Most companies offer standard HDR which are quicker and easier to photograph but doesn't offer the same color accuracy or sharpness.

Our studio offers only Flambient interior real estate photos because we believe in quality and color accuracy and providing the best images for our clients to they can get their listings sold quicker.

ABOUT US

We are a husband and wife local company servicing the Austin and Lake Travis area offering high quality interior flambient real estate listing photography, drone photography, videos, and marketing kits to help realtors market their listings.

Kim Ortiz has been a full time portrait studio owner and photographer for 11 years. Her portrait studio Kim Ortiz Portrait Art is located at the Hill Country Galleria and have been there for 5 plus years. We are a full service studio offering portraits, personal branding, headshots, real estate listing photography, drone photography and videos.

Mario Ortiz is our lead Real Estate Photographer. His speciality is Flambient interior photography to give our clients a more higher end premium quality product. Using flash and ambient photos, we hand blend edit the photos to create more accurate color and high quality photos than HDR photos which are the industry norm. We strive to be different and provide outstanding customer service and quality.

We live in Lake Travis and are a part of the community. Kim serves a a Board of Directors for the Bee Cave Chamber of Commerce, and Magnolia Musical Theatre.
