We are located in Austin, Texas. Our studio is at the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave, about 15 miles from downtown Austin. 

How much should I budget for my portrait experience?

Most clients invest $1500 or more on their artwork for their home. Our printed 8x10 starts at $550. Our collections start at $1050 and wall art starts at $1500 for a beautiful acrylic art piece custom made in Italy.

Do you sell digital files?

Our studio offers products that you can enjoy every day in your home and as a bonus, each print collection or wall art, comes with the matching digital files for you to print to 8x10.

We do offer a collection of 5 digitals for $1500 and or you can buy them individually for $350 with any printed artwork purchase.

What days are sessions done? 

We offer sessions Tuesday-Saturday. Saturday sessions are a premium sessions and have a minimum purchase. 

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

All session fees are non refundable. 

STUDIO POLICY

What is your deposit policy?

For a gift certificate, we take $100 retainer to ensure you show up. This is only refunded if you completed your session. If you cancel your session, your retainer is non refundable. Another retainer is required to reschedule.  We are a small business and our calendar is very full which makes it hard to find a new client to fill a canceled appointment with a short notice. The credit card fee of 3% is not refunded on retainers. 

When is the ordering/design appointment?

Ordering/design appointments are done a few days after the session at the studio.  Orders are placed during the ordering/design appointment. If you need to come back for a second ordering/design appointment to place your order, we require a $150 fee that can be applied toward your order. Any special gift certificate credits for special offers will only be available to use during the first ordering appointment.
